How do I become a Tipsy Nip Retail Partner?
Simply create an account through our online wholesale ordering site and place your first order. It's that easy! Please be sure to include information about your business. If we have any questions, we will contact you. You can also contact us via email or our contact form.Creating an online account is fastest and most secure way to order.


Is there an opening order requirement?
$100 – New accounts receive FREE SHIPPING on their initial stocking order.

Is there a reorder requirement?
$50

Do you have a MAP (minimum advertised pricing) policy?
Tipsy Nip is committed to our customers and strive to show our commitment through safe and innovative cat toys, through our excellent customer service, and through our ethical business practices with every partner, large or small. Tipsy Nip has always provided Manufacturer Suggested Retail Prices (MSRP) for all products in our line. We expect all our retailers to abide by this policy, and price our products accordingly.

What is your return policy?
We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a your purchase, please contact us and we will make it right. Tipsy Nip Catnip Products will not accept returns unless by pre arrangement. Any goods returned without prior agreement with Tipsy Nip Catnip Products will be held by Tipsy Nip Catnip Products entirely at the risk of the buyer and will be due for payment within normal terms. Tipsy Nip Catnip Products is not responsible for orders that are incorrectly submitted.

What is your cancellation policy?

All entered orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled except upon written authorization from

Tipsy Nip Catnip Products. Cancellation costs will be billed. Claims for damages, shortages or non-delivery must be made within 24 hours.

Tipsy Nip Catnip Products aims to offer our customers the best possible service. If you feel that items in your order are unsatisfactory, that we have made a mistake or have any other concern, please feel free to contact us. We will respond to all concerns as quickly as possible.

What credit cards (Visa, MC, etc.) or other payment methods do you accept?
MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal - Please be aware that while we don't charge your credit card until the time of shipment, we do request authorization from the financial institution prior to preparing your order. This is known as an "authorization" or "transaction hold." This ensures your order will ship as quickly and efficiently as possible. The time required to remove an authorization is determined by the financial institution that issues the card and often ranges between 3 to 7 days.

What is your usual order processing time?
Orders are shipped within two weeks of placement. Delivery times are estimates only and Tipsy Nip Catnip Products will endeavor to deliver the goods by the stated time, but may suspend or delay delivery and will not be liable for any loss whatsoever in the event of late delivery or non-delivery of goods or any installment outstanding. The buyer shall not be entitled to refuse to accept late delivery or treat late delivery as breach of contract.

What do you charge for shipping?
We offer a scaled rate and primarily ship via USPS Priority. Larger orders ship via UPS. We always try to get the lowest shipping price for our customer.

Will you work on a drop-ship basis?
We do not currently offer drop-shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
Because of customs regulations on botanical matter, we offer international shipping based on location and customs regulations. Customers interested in International shipping should contact us.

Are your products manufactured in the USA?
Yes

Do retailers have your permission to list your products on other third-party websites (such as Amazon or eBay)?
Tipsy Nip items may not be sold on third party websites such as Amazon and Ebay.

Do you accept online only accounts?

Yes – however, prior approval is needed before accepting an online-only account. We only accept pet-centered on-line businesses and require that an online-only account provide the URL so we can get to know and understand the mission of the business.
